All our products are tested for quality and carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges:

Mama Earth Herbal offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for unopened products within 10 days of purchase.  If you are concerned about product quality, the safety seal has been compromised or you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will gladly issue a refund or replacement product. All products must be returned in the original packaging. Mama Earth Herbal is not responsible for return/exchange shipping charges. (Some exceptions may apply, we are reasonable.)

Opened Products:

Due to the nature of our products being used for oral consumption, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on opened products. We appreciate that everyone is different with a unique chemistry and expectations. We can not guarantee your results. We encourage you to try different concentrations and contact us if you have any questions.
