Shipping Policy

We ship FREE to most addresses in the United States via US Postal Service. Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days. If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled, in a timely manner, you will be notified via email or phone.

On rare occasions, your order may require additional shipping charges. We will estimate shipping charges and delivery dates, based on the availability of your items, and the shipping option you choose. You will be notified prior to shipping.

Mama Earth Herbal is not responsible for delays or for non-performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation laws, rules, regulations or acts of any government, delays of carriers or suppliers, embargoes, blockades, armed conflict, terrorism, labor disputes, accidents, fires, floods, weather conditions and any other acts of God.

For those limited international shipping locations, please note that you may be responsible for import taxes and fees based on the country in which you reside. Mama Earth Herbal does not collect these types of fees in advance. You may wish to check with your local authorities for additional information.
